Return Policy

You may return unused/unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is a result of our error, you will get a full refund. Otherwise, a partial refund is issued. A 15% restocking fee may be applied. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Returned items must come with both an Order number and an RMA number visible on the return package or they will be rejected. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us.

Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. You are responsible for paying the shipping and insurance costs for the returned items. Use of a carrier which can track packages is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for any shipping loss.
